Our body uses carbohydrates for fuel. When we take carbohydrates, our body convert it into glucose and transfers it from the bloodstream to the many cells in our body.
Our pancreas produces insulin that acts as the key to open the cell door so that the glucose may be used in the cells for energy.
Diabetes is very bad for our heart. Patients suffering from this disease should not take sweets. There are two types of Carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates and simple carbohydrates.
Diabetic patient should take only Complex carbohydrates instead of simple carbohydrates food.
