5 ways that will definitely reduce your weight

Are you annoyed by your weight? Then why to worry?  When you could easily reduce it.

  • Increase your protein consumption–Diet with good amount of protein should be taken daily. A protein rich diet will makes you fill fuller for longer period and helps you control your food cravings. Example– cottage cheese, milk, curd, pulses etc.
