bondage or freedom what do you want?

Life is full of restrictions. Most of us find ourselves always living in some bondage. There is no freedom. This is the life we create for ourselves. Sometimes it happens that the search for freedom creates another bondage. Here is a story for you.
A man was afraid to enter a graveyard. But since his house was on the other side, he had to cross it everyday. He was afraid that he wouldn’t come out of his house at night. Finally, a sadhu who took pity on him and said,”stop worrying and take this charm. Always keep it tied to your wrist. No ghost or spirit will bother you.”
It worked. By tying the charm on his wrist, the man’s fear of Ghosts disappeared.
But currently a brand new worry caught hold of him: what if the charm got lost?
He took the charm with him when he bathed, checking repeatedly to see that he had it. He was terrified that while he slept at night someone would open the charm, steal it. The charm became his life, His bondage!
The fear continues—if not of Ghost then of losing the charm.
You can push worry around from one place to a different.
Meanwhile, life passes by you.
You should understand the stupidity of escaping from situations. If you want freedom, you can have it in a fraction of a second. It just depend upon you how to get out of your bondage.
